Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be less than 500 words and cover the following areas: background information, purpose, objective, rationale of the research, relationship to other areas of study, methods, preliminary results, preliminary conclusions, and impact to the JSTO mission and the Joint Force, if known.
Subject matter experts will review each submission and recommend abstracts for either an oral or a poster presentation. The review period will include a classification and operation security review and public affairs review of all material.
- Submitters will be notified via email.
- The Call for Papers Submission deadline is May 3.

Abstract Submission Instructions
Step 1
To access the abstract submission portal, please create a profile by selecting “Login” and click “New User? Click Here”.
Step 2
For existing users please enter your email and password then select “Login”.
Step 3
Once a profile has been established select “Submissions” and click “add new” to begin the submission process.
