*Exhibitors must be set up with at least one staff member present during the evening show hours. It is recommended that at least one staff member be present during the optional exhibit hours.

Exhibit Move-in and Move-out Hours
Monday, December 2
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Registration for attendees and exhibitors will be in Exhibit Hall A. All exhibitors must check-in at registration for badging and proceed to exhibitor/poster check-in for additional instructions. Exhibitors will not be admitted into the hall prior to Monday, December 2.
Wednesday, December 4
7:00 PM– 8:00 PM
Thursday, December 5
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
*All exhibitor materials must be dismantled and ready for removal by 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 5.
*Please notify the Exhibit Manager if early departure is needed.
