$6,000 USD

10’x20’ Exhibit space package includes:

One 10’ x 20’ exhibit space

8’ high backwall and 3’ high-side drape

One 7” x 44” one-line ID sign

Four registrations per 10’ x 20’ exhibit space for booth personnel (registration allows for admittance to all conference sessions)

150-word organization description and link posted on the 2024 CBD S&T Conference website

10’x10’ Exhibit space package

$4,000 USD

10’x10’ Exhibit space package includes:

One 10’ x 10’ exhibit space

8’ high backwall and 3’ high-side drape

One 7” x 44” one-line ID sign

Exhibit Payment

Exhibit space payment can be made via credit card using the online Exhibit Payment and Registration Form. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express are accepted.

Payments will be processed immediately by “Event* 2024 CBD S&T WWW.CVENT.COM.” A payment receipt will be sent by email.

Checks should be made payable to “Chenega IT Enterprise Services.” Conference fee payments must be postmarked by October 4, 2024, mailed to:

Official Decorator

Vista South is the official decorator for the 2024 CBD S&T Conference. Vista South will begin emailing access information to the online exhibitor service kit in August to those exhibitors that have made exhibit space payments in full.

Furniture and Equipment

Furniture, accessories, electrical requirements, carpeting and/or cleaning is the responsibility of each exhibitor and can be reserved and paid for separately through the 2024 CBD S&T Conference official decorator, Vista South.

Space Assignment

Please view the floorplan for space availability. List your organization’s exhibit space preferences on the Exhibit Payment and Registration Form. Conference organizers will make an effort to accommodate exhibit space preferences. The date on which exhibit space payment is received in full will determine the order of exhibit space assignment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel exhibit space, the exhibitor POC must notify the CBD S&T Conference Organizers on or before October 28, 2024 by emailing a cancellation request to organizers@cbdstconference.com. Exhibitor space cancellations received after October 28, 2024 will not be refunded.

In addition, exhibit space cancellation does not cancel orders placed with Vista South, the official decorator.
