We have added additional exhibit spaces due to high demand. Secure your spot today – space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come first serve basis! If you missed the initial registration period, now is your chance!

The deadline for exhibit space payment and registration is October 25, 2024.

Exhibit Space Options and Fees

Exhibit space payment can be made via credit card using the online Exhibit Payment and Registration Form. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express are accepted.

10’x10’ Exhibit space package

$5,000 USD

10’x10’ Exhibit space package includes:

8’ high backwall and 3’ high-side drape

One 7” x 44” one-line ID sign

Two registrations per 10’ x 10’ exhibit space for booth personnel (registration allows for admittance to all conference sessions)

150-word organization description and link posted on the 2024 CBD S&T Conference website

10’x20’ Exhibit space package

$8,000 USD

10’x20’ Exhibit space package includes:

8’ high backwall and 3’ high-side drape

One 7” x 44” one-line ID sign

Four registrations per 10’ x 20’ exhibit space for booth personnel (registration allows for admittance to all conference sessions)

150-word organization description and link posted on the 2024 CBD S&T Conference website

Exhibit Payment

Exhibit space payment can be made via credit card using the online Exhibit Payment and Registration Form. Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express are accepted.

Payments will be processed immediately by “Event* 2024 CBD S&T WWW.CVENT.COM.” A payment receipt will be sent by email.

Official Decorator

Vista South is the official decorator for the 2024 CBD S&T Conference. Vista South will begin emailing access information to the online exhibitor service kit in August to those exhibitors that have made exhibit space payments in full.

Furniture and Equipment

Furniture, accessories, electrical requirements, carpeting and/or cleaning is the responsibility of each exhibitor and can be reserved and paid for separately through the 2024 CBD S&T Conference official decorator, Vista South.

Space Assignment

Conference organizers will make efforts to accommodate space preferences but will make final decision on space placement. Full payment is required to complete space assignment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel exhibit space, the exhibitor POC must notify the CBD S&T Conference Organizers on or before October 28, 2024 by emailing a cancellation request to organizers@cbdstconference.com. Exhibitor space cancellations received after October 28, 2024 will not be refunded.

In addition, exhibit space cancellation does not cancel orders placed with Vista South (the official decorator), AV (Everlast), or electricity (Edlen).
